LOVE is a gift and not an obligation. Love renders hope and erases fear. Love is a word of action. Love will never require what it does not give in return. Kevin and Ayla are a young couple that has been an inspiration to others with their physical and verbal displays of love.
Kevin eloquently said “I always say that one of the best things that happened to us was being a long distance from our family & friends. We developed our intimacy and our bond because we had to depend on each other. I trust this woman with my life and my heart. And she knows she’s safe with me… physically and emotionally. What a feeling!”
How do you define Love?
For us… a deep meaningful physical, mental, emotional, sexual, and metaphysical connection is shared between us. Love is the embodiment of our emotions, feelings, actions, and decisions we share between each other. You are drawn to the ones you love; you yearn for their presence, their happiness, and well-being. It’s the foundation of our marriage.
Have you and your partner learned each other’s Love Language? How has it helped with communicating your wants and needs?
Oh yeah, we’re keenly aware of one another’s love languages. We’ve had several periods throughout our marriage where we needed to express how we desired to be loved and understanding the concept of each other’s love language gave us a tool to be able to consider the other person… instead of WWJD, it was almost a WWKN/WWAN “What Would Kevin/Ayla Need. That’s a powerful way to love your spouse!
