Amy Williams Brings Her Message of Leadership and Legacy to the Glambitious® Brunch in Martha’s Vineyard

When women gathered at the Glambitious® Brunch on Martha’s Vineyard, they experienced more than an afternoon of networking and celebration. They also heard from a woman whose work creates opportunities, builds community, and inspires future generations.

Amy Williams, founder of Black Golfers Weekend, served as the keynote speaker at this year’s Glambitious® Brunch, sharing her journey of leadership, service, and purpose with an audience of entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and changemakers.

Williams founded Black Golfers Weekend with a mission to introduce more people to the game of golf while creating meaningful opportunities for connection, mentorship, and professional growth. Through youth swing clinics, family-centered programming, and community events, the organization encourages participation in a sport that has long served as a gateway to business relationships, leadership development, and lifelong friendships.

Those same principles of empowerment are at the heart of the Glambitious® Brunch series, an experience that celebrates women who are making an impact through business, leadership, and service. This year’s event brought together influential women from across the country for an afternoon of inspiration, meaningful conversations, and authentic connections during one of the season’s most anticipated cultural gatherings.

“We were thrilled to welcome Amy Williams as this year’s keynote speaker,” said Lillie Mae, founder of the Glambitious® Brand. “She has dedicated her work to creating opportunities for others while building a legacy rooted in service and leadership. Her story reflects the kind of purpose-driven success we celebrate through this event.”

For more than 13 years, the Glambitious® Brand has been known for highlighting accomplished women whose influence extends beyond their industries and communities. Williams joined a distinguished group of speakers who have inspired guests to think bigger, lead boldly, and invest in the success of future generations.

Her keynote served as a powerful reminder that leadership is not defined solely by personal achievement. It is measured by the opportunities we create, the communities we strengthen, and the legacy we leave behind.
