The entertainment industry has always felt like home for Ameenha Lee. Raised in a family with nearly six decades of influence in music and media, she grew up surrounded by legendary artists, industry executives and unforgettable moments. But rather than relying on that legacy, the Gen Z creator has spent her career building one of her own.
A lifestyle guru, producer, host, model, author and content creator, Lee has become a rising voice in entertainment by combining storytelling with purpose. Whether she is producing events, interviewing celebrities or creating digital campaigns for global brands, her mission remains the same: make every project legendary.
“I want people to feel like the stars they are,” Lee said. “I want to create spaces where people feel valued and where real opportunities happen.”

That mission has fueled the rapid growth of Infinite Shades of Black, the platform Lee founded in 2024 to help Black creators gain greater access to brands, networking opportunities and industry relationships. Through curated experiences and community events, the initiative has become a growing hub for creators across fashion, beauty, entertainment and lifestyle.
Her latest activation brought that vision to life through Infinite Shades of Black x Six Flags Creator Day, where dozens of digital creators were invited to an exclusive experience at Six Flags Great Adventure for the unveiling of Project Purple. The event combined networking, content creation and brand engagement while giving creators behind-the-scenes access to one of the park’s biggest announcements.

Just days earlier, Lee hosted The Legendary Dinner, presented by Steve Madden and Infinite Shades of Black at Sylvia’s Restaurant in Harlem. The intimate gathering celebrated executives, journalists, publicists, entrepreneurs and creatives whose work continues to shape Black culture behind the scenes while creating meaningful opportunities for emerging talent to build lasting connections.
“It isn’t about social media numbers,” Lee said. “It’s about bringing people together, creating relationships and making sure everyone has a chance to grow.”
Her ability to merge storytelling with brand strategy has led to collaborations with Walmart, Wingstop, Steve Madden, YouTube, Meta and Spotify, helping companies connect with audiences through authentic cultural experiences.
Entertainment has always been part of Lee’s life. She comes from a family with nearly six decades of roots in music and media. Her uncle, veteran publicist Steve Manning, worked with icons including Michael Jackson, LL Cool J and New Edition while helping launch one of the first major Jackson 5 fan clubs.
Although she grew up around entertainment, Lee has worked to establish her own identity.
“I’ve always wanted to create my own story,” she said. “Everything I do, I want it to be legendary.”
As Infinite Shades of Black continues expanding through creator experiences, cultural activations and strategic partnerships, Lee is proving that influence is about more than visibility. It is about opening doors, building community and creating a legacy that empowers the next generation to thrive.
