International dancehall reggae recording artist Vershon joins forces with A’Legends Productions, led by producer and creative Jenelle Alexia, to release their latest single, “Queen,” available now on all major streaming platforms.
Released during Women’s History Month, “Queen” is a smooth, heartfelt dancehall-reggae record that celebrates women not only for their beauty, but for their strength, influence, and ability to inspire. The track highlights admiration for a woman who uplifts those around her, motivates growth, and carries herself with undeniable presence.
“‘Queen’ is about celebrating women who inspire, uplift, and lead with strength. Releasing it during Women’s History Month was intentional, it’s a reminder of the value, power, and influence women carry every day,” says Jenelle Alexia of A’Legends Productions.
Vershon adds, “‘Queen” and comes from a real place. “Queen” serves as the lead single from the upcoming EP, To A Queen an empowerment-driven project dedicated to women, while also offering moments of reflection that speak to a man’s inner growth, emotions, and accountability. The EP aims to create a balanced narrative, honoring women while encouraging men to evolve, appreciate, and lead with intention.
Currently on tour in Costa Rica, Vershon continues to expand his global presence, building on past performances across Gambia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and gaining recognition for hit records such as “Inna Real Life” and “Used to Hungry.”
