The second wave of Covid-19 is here with new cases every day. Keeping ourselves and family healthy should be our top priority. Here are a few ways to help the fight the spread of Covid-19 and to help keep our loved ones safe.

In everything you do; wash your hands!

This will help prevent the spread of Covid-19 by washing away bacteria and germs with warm water and bacteria fighting soap. We touch a lot of different things throughout the day, not knowing if we’ve come in contact with the virus. Clean and disinfect every chance you get. Wipe down your tables, countertops, doorknobs, any anything else that others could come in contact with. EPA- registered household disinfects can be used.

I know this is one of the most annoying things to discuss but please wear your mask especially if you’re within in 6 feet of someone or having a close conversation.

We don’t know anyone else’s status unless it’s being discussed.  Protect your immune system by wearing your mask.

Break away from the fast food and cook!

Cook with natural herbs and spices that’ll help fight against colds and the flu. Use spices like ginger, turmeric, and garlic. Drink natural teas like elderberry, hibiscus, green tea, and use honey for an added sweet flavor. Drink plenty of water and Vitamin D.

The winter weather can sometimes make it hard to get out and get active.

Don’t stay in the house all winter long. If it’s too cold, find a nearby gym. You’ll feel a difference and will thank your body come spring.

These are a just few ways to stay healthy during Covid-19 winter. If you’ve tested positive for Covid-19 before; studies have confirmed that you could catch this virus more than once. Follow healthy guidelines to help keep you and your loved ones safe.

Happy Manifesting!
