Dr. Candice Cooper-Lovett is a powerhouse of healing, transformation, and purpose. A proud mother and native of Buffalo, NY, she gracefully balances the sacred roles of motherhood and professional leadership with authenticity and heart. As the founder and CEO of A New Creation Psychotherapy Services, LLC, she has created a sanctuary for holistic healing in the South Atlanta Metro area, where she integrates clinical expertise with spiritual and energetic practices.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Cooper-Lovett is a licensed marriage and family therapist, AASECT-certified sex therapist, board-certified sexologist, and AAMFT-approved supervisor. Her work is deeply rooted in transpersonal psychology, post-traumatic growth, and social justice, specializing in trauma recovery, intimate partner violence, infidelity, and women’s sexuality and pleasure.
As a mother, Dr. Cooper-Lovett brings a nurturing, intuitive presence to her work. Her lived experience as a parent informs her compassionate approach to therapy, especially when working with families, youth, and women navigating the complexities of healing and identity. She is passionate about helping other mothers reclaim their joy, sensuality, and purpose beyond caregiving.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Cooper-Lovett is a Tantric Shaman, Usui Reiki Master, herbalist, and spiritual teacher. Through her work with The Tantric MFT and The Two Ladies Inc., she offers energetic healing, bodywork, and sacred sexuality education. Her handcrafted herbal teas and wellness products are designed to support emotional and physical well-being.

Dr. Cooper-Lovett is also a dynamic speaker, trainer, and mentor, having presented at national conferences and appeared in publications such as Vogue, Bustle, Yahoo Lifestyle, Scary Mommy, and MadameNoire. She has led workshops on healthy relationships, empowerment, and trauma-informed care, and she recently launched a school for therapists seeking to integrate spiritual and energetic healing into their practices.
Whether she’s guiding a client through deep emotional healing, mentoring a fellow therapist, or raising her children with love and intention, Dr. Cooper-Lovett embodies the power of wholeness. Her life’s work is a testament to the beauty of transformation, the strength of women, and the sacredness of healing.
