Cierra Conerly-Sims is a seasoned business professional who specializes in fostering inclusive cultures and promoting conscious leadership. She is an advocate for human rights, especially in the areas of domestic violence, human trafficking, and foster care. After experiencing domestic violence herself, Cierra became a board member of Beyond the Hurt Non-Profit Organization, where she raised awareness for domestic violence and single mothers. Cierra has also shared her story and her keynote, “How to M.O.V.E. from Damaged to Destiny™,” on several platforms and has been featured in various publications. She is currently nominated for Phoenix Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 and is an excellent mentor, consultant, liaison, motivational speaker, and philanthropic partner.
Cierra is an accomplished leader who holds the esteemed position of Vice President at Rhoyal Legacy Foundation, Inc. As a Senior Board Member at Just Be Great Academy, her contributions are invaluable to the organization’s mission of empowering young people to achieve their full potential both personally and professionally. In addition to her professional endeavors, Cierra is a passionate advocate for social causes and women’s empowerment. Her involvement in NPHC of Southern Arizona, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated, and Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. demonstrates her dedication to empowering women and promoting diversity and inclusion. Cierra’s commitment and hard work have earned her respect and admiration in her community. She is a true inspiration to young people and women everywhere, and her contributions are making a meaningful impact on the world.
Cierra is the proud owner of S.I.S. Events & Services LLC, specializing in wedding and event planning, where a portion of the proceeds annually supports graduating seniors or charitable endeavors such as women’s advocacy. As a community advocate and conscious leader, Cierra Conerly-Sims consistently forges impactful partnerships for positive change.
