Actress Tracey Love-Graves is no newcomer to our screens both big and small. She has been seen in a string of national commercials including multiple McDonald’s commercials, Coca-Cola, & AT&T to name a few. We have also seen her featured in such popular television shows like BET’s hit series Being Mary Jane with another pioneering leading lady Gabrielle Union, CBS’S Hawaii Five-O, and major motion pictures including 2022 Thriller Super Turnt available on Peacock app.
The Actress will also be appearing in an up-and-coming action film this fall that she is very excited about. And to make things even better, she also gets to operate a business with her newlywed husband writer/director Chris Silber.
During our interview, she shares with us how she keeps it fun and relaxed as she skillfully does her best to balance family and career with minimal stress all while working hard and getting the job done at the same time. You are simply going to love our chat.
What did it feel like to be in not one but two Kevin Hart Films?
Having the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Hart was exhilarating! It was truly an honor. He is a living icon, and I was able to not only be in two of his films, but I had the privilege of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with him in my very first film, About Last Night! Not too many actors can say that. I honestly still pinch myself when I am reminded of the roles. No offense to anyone I’ve ever worked with, but because of that cast, About Last Night is hands down the most favorite film production I have ever been a part of.
Tell us about your podcast Love Life Hacks with your husband.
One thing my husband and I love discussing is relationships. Love Life Hacks is a lovely podcast full of unsolicited dating and marriage advice and anecdotes that we are completely qualified to dish out, given our almost 1.5 years of marriage together! And because this is the second marriage for both of us, we have a combined 17 years of marriage experience, most of which were pretty successful. Soon we will be introducing special “Date Night” episodes highlighting restaurants and activities, domestic and abroad, that couples can enjoy together in hopes of strengthening their relationship. For those who want to change the world, a solid foundation is imperative, and no foundation is more important than the home. If we can help clean the hearts and minds of our mates, we can free them up to best serve the rest of the family and communities they love.
