Chardelle Moore was born in Grand Bay, Dominica but raised in the Washington, D.C area. She has learned and mastered the information and entertainment fields since childhood. In addition, Moore has been everything from a model, a former Miss Caribbean Metro USA, a television personality, a speaker, a mentor, and an actress, to name a few. With all of that, she quit her job as a news anchor and TV show host and stepped out on faith to follow her heart. It was at that point, Moore aligned her purpose, her talent, and her dream to start her own award-winning business, Motivational Moore LLC. She uses her platform to inspire and motivate people to dream and believe in themselves and a higher power. Moore also encourages people to tap into the power within themselves to transcend impossibilities and fear to create the life they want. It’s all about awakening the giant within you. She believes we all have a giant inside of us.
Being a woman of many experiences and one who aligns with God, Moore tapped into her musical potential through the use of her infinite gifts and talents as a writer, producer, poet, director, and visionary to delve into the music arena. In July 2021, she released her long-awaited debut album Inward Awakening written and executive produced by Moore, which has garnered great reviews and has been heard in many countries transcending boundaries, races, sexes, and beliefs to connect people to the one connector, which is love. She creates music and messages that will creep into your subconscious mind to help you see, think, and believe past your limitations and self-doubt to take you to a place of power beyond your wildest imagination. She also believes if you can dream it and believe it, then you can align that with your human potential and God’s promise for your life, to be it.
Moore’s journey has shown no signs of slowing down as she uses her voice to inspire others through her words, whether through her songs, speaking engagements, mentoring, or hosting events. She continues to shine her light and empower others to embrace who they are to shine their light.

When you think of what you bring to the world through your gifts, talents, and music, how would you describe yourself for people who don’t know you?
I’m just like everyone else trying to figure life out. You can call me a creative spirit, deep thinker, and explorer of life—someone who follows their soul and encourages others to do the same.
What sets your music and genre apart from what’s played on the radio?
My music ignites, nurtures, and inspires the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Comparison is the thief of joy. Once we realize this, there will be less division.
With all the successes you are having in other areas of your life, what made you decide to delve into music?
I never knew music would be a part of my destiny, but I’m not surprised because whatever you love becomes part of your journey, and I love music!
How do you hope your music will impact people when they listen to it?
I desire to create inspirational works that transform lives. When people listen to my debut album Inward Awakening, I want them to realize the beauty they carry and the power of God. There is a force within us that is unmatched. When we search within ourselves, the answers are always there.
You motivate so many people; how do you stay motivated?
That’s a great question. I stay motivated holistically by tapping into my relationships with God, myself, the ancestors, family, nature, freedom, love, humanity, and more. Motivation is not easy and requires daily work. I am learning the importance of pouring into myself. It’s a process. It took me a while to understand that.
How do you come up with the ideas for the songs you write?
Honestly, my pieces come from God and the exploration of Self. I honor my soul by tuning in and exploring my creativity. My music is the culmination of life experiences, intrinsic motivation, joy, challenges, blessings, and connection to the Source. When the vibe comes in, I go into trance. It’s spiritual, science, philosophy, healing arts, and an educational trip all in one. Pure magic!
What lessons have you learned that have made you a better woman, musician, mentor, and motivator?
The main lesson I’ve learned so far in this life journey is the importance of taking care of yourself and believing that you matter. It is the hardest and the most powerful thing you can do. But have the courage to walk by faith. God will lead the way.
