We have all heard the phrase ‘secure the bag’ but Telfar Clemens takes the phrase to a whole new level with his bag security program.
This week, fans of the fashionable and exclusive ‘shopping bag’ by Telfar Clemens had the opportunity to order a shopping tote in any size and color. The popular vegan bag usually sells out within minutes during their weekly drops, so the bag security program is the best way to guarantee you will get a bag. Shoppers have 36 hours beginning at 12pm on October 5th to order. Once your bag is ordered Telfar will have your bag to you by March 31st. This is an opportunity that doesn’t come often as this is only the 3rd bag security program in the history of the Telfar brand. Many Instagram followers of @Telfarglobal felt that the bag program should be extended so that they could use their Friday paycheck to get their new bags. The hashtag #telfarextensionrebellion and #telfarextendtillfriday caught the attention of Telfar and the program was extended until Saturday, October 9 at 12pm. This is just one example of the Telfar community coming together.
