Set in a kingdom built on fear, inspired by a popular colloquialism for Poughkeepsie, New York, Power Kingdom explores the dangerous intersection of criminal power, secret societies, and personal allegiance. As an expanding criminal empire collides with a secretive brotherhood, shifting loyalties and concealed motives threaten to unravel everything its characters have worked to protect.
At the heart of the novel is a compelling question: When the people closest to you can become your greatest vulnerabilities, what ultimately matters most: love, honor, revenge, or survival?
Driven by unforgettable characters, razor-sharp dialogue, and relentless suspense, Power Kingdom examines the fragile foundation of dominance and the consequences of building an empire through fear. Beneath its exploration of power and loyalty lies a reminder that no kingdom is untouchable, no secret comes without a cost, and sometimes the greatest threat is someone you call a friend.
With his transition from cultural commentary to long-form fiction, Be’n Original brings a seasoned storyteller’s perspective to a new literary venture. Power Kingdom invites readers into a world where trust is complicated, alliances are fragile, and survival comes at a price.
