“I didn’t want another event. I wanted a space where women could take the mask off and exhale,” she explains. These sacred conversations happen on porches and patios, under open skies, where vulnerability becomes a bridge and sisterhood becomes sanctuary. “These patios have become altars,” Telesa reflects, “and I truly believe they are changing lives—one brave conversation at a time.”
Telesa’s impact doesn’t stop with women—it extends to the next generation. Through Ladies in Training (LIT), a summer program for young girls, she teaches transitional etiquette, confidence, and character.
“Before the world teaches them to shrink, I want them to know they are enough,” she says.
Her newly launched digital course, Polished & Poised: The L.I.T. Etiquette Experience, brings that mission to life globally, giving educators and parents the tools to instill strength, softness, and self-respect in the leaders of tomorrow.
