“The title came straight from my transformation,” LaKithia explains. “I started out writing about self-love and growth, but the deeper I surrendered to God, the clearer it became, this was about alignment. This was about walking out His plan, not mine.”
That shift in perspective birthed a message that now drives her mission: the power of yielding to God’s voice and stepping into a covenant that changes everything.
“You can’t afford not to partner with God,” she emphasizes. “It is the most powerful, strategic, life-altering relationship you will ever enter.”
LaKithia’s impact extends beyond her book. From topping gospel hip-hop charts with her single “Praise the Lord,” to leading her women’s platform Real Women Joined Together, she embodies the balance of creativity, discipline, and purpose. For her, balance is never about doing it all, but about aligning with the right people, in the right season.
“I don’t compartmentalize my life, I consecrate it,” she says. “Every room I walk into is an opportunity to represent the Kingdom with excellence and authenticity.”
Her career has taken her alongside icons like Jennifer Lopez and Will Smith, yet she insists the greatest lesson is that access is not the same as assignment. Preparation and posture, she believes, sustain influence far longer than fame ever could.
