Fort Worth vocalist and entrepreneur Edwina Gray is entering a new chapter of her music journey—and she’s bringing her terms with her. The Texas-based R&B artist has just released her second studio project, Terms and Conditions, a deeply personal 4-track EP designed not just for listening, but for living.

With the tagline Access Requires Alignment, Gray isn’t offering just another playlist—she’s presenting a declaration. Four songs. Four clauses. Four emotional checkpoints every person will face while protecting their peace, purpose, and potential. This isn’t just a vibe—it’s a document of discernment.
“It’s not just music. It’s everything I’ve had to configure or reimagine to stay aligned—spiritually, artistically, emotionally,” Gray says. Terms and Conditions uses R&B as its base but weaves in southern soul, neo-soul, and subtle pop flourishes, resulting in a sound that is at once fresh and familiar. Each track acts like a clause in a personal contract—deliberate, reflective, and undeniable.
The EP’s four clauses unfold as follows:
- “Straight Line” – The Clarity Clause
- “Time” – The Timing Clause
- “Celebration (Reprise)” – The Celebration Clause
- “Watchin’ Us” – The Resolve Clause
Long before she was performing before crowds of thousands, Edwina’s journey began in a grade school classroom. During a sing-along at just five years old, a substitute teacher stopped the music and declared, “Little girl, you can sing.” That moment lit a fire that still burns today.

While music may be her calling, Gray’s business sense is just as sharp. She earned her degree in PR/Marketing in 2012 and went on to found her own agency, Lady In The Red Dress PR & Marketing, in 2015. RED stands for Realize Every Dream, a motto she embodies not just in strategy meetings, but on stage.
In 2020, while managing branding for renowned vocal clinician Dileesa Hunter’s Develop the Artist Within You in Atlanta, Edwina’s own artistic passion reignited. A growing audience on the Voisey app (2,000+ followers) led to her debut project Flashback Forward. Mentorship from Melvin Wells of Cameo opened even more doors, leading to her first performance residency, where she met Fort Worth music legend Bobby Dade. That connection sparked a surge in bookings, vocal refinement, and stage presence.
Today, Gray is a fixture on stages across Texas. From grassroots festivals to corporate conventions, her performances have ranged from intimate venues to major events like:
- Carol of Lights (2024) – Featured vocalist before 20,000+
- TxMed Annual Convention (2024) – Closing act for 2,000+
- International Architect Conference (2025) – Live entertainment feature
- Hotel Vin, Omni Dallas, Hotel Dryce – Regional venue performances
- CC Markets 4 Days – Monthly artist appearances across the Metroplex
- Private Event – Performed “At Last” for Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett’s 2025 birthday celebration

With a growing resume and undeniable presence, Gray shows no signs of slowing down. Upcoming live shows include:
- Shaw’s – July 2025
- Lake Granbury Summer Extravaganza – July 2025
- Inaugural Underground Festival – August 2025
- CCM SummerFest + EP Launch Celebration – October 2025
- Carol of Lights – November 2025
With Terms and Conditions, Edwina Gray delivers more than a sound—she delivers a statement. A contract between artist and audience. A reminder that before access comes alignment—and that growth, love, and legacy are all worth reading the fine print.
