Dominique Cassandra Elysée is a proud French-Canadian from Montreal. After formal schooling, where she focused on nursing, she took a leap of faith and moved to New York City with particular goals. From a young age, her passion for entertainment sparked, but it wasn’t until she left her nursing studies behind that she fully embraced acting. After moving to NYC, she graduated from the New York Film Academy while making her mark as a brand ambassador for various industries, including spirits, food & beverage.

Raised in a hardworking, educated Haitian household, Dominique later pursued pharmaceutical studies, which inspired her to create a unique beverage brand that is not yet on the market. Seeing a gap in the market for healthier lifestyle options, she developed a Hemp dealcoholized wine with adaptogens called Le Grand Vert, with her bestie Co-founder Jessica Sanchez, offering a product that promotes wellness without compromising on taste or experience.
