“When you improve your financial health, it gives you a sense of security and accomplishment,” Daija says. “For me, having good credit makes me feel powerful, like I can get anything I want. When your finances are in order, you now have the ability to cater to yourself.” It’s this empowerment that Daija wants to pass on to others. With her beauty brand’s tagline, “Where self-care meets beauty,” Daija is focused on helping women feel beautiful inside and out. She plans to promote self-care with her products, ensuring that each one not only enhances physical beauty but also serves as a reminder to prioritize mental and emotional well-being. “My hope is that my products will make women feel confident and beautiful,” she says. “They’ll remind them to cater to themselves and be intentional about self-care.”
Daija’s approach to business is shaped by the belief that financial literacy is central to a person’s self-worth. “Our lives are centered around our finances,” she explains. “Being financially responsible builds confidence, knowing your children can depend on you. That alone boosts your sense of worth.” For Daija, empowering women to take control of their finances is about more than just numbers—it’s about building lives filled with purpose and confidence.
But it’s not just about outward success or the appearance of having it all together. One of the biggest lessons Daija has learned as an entrepreneur is the importance of living within your means, a principle she shares with her clients. “That money coming in doesn’t belong to you; it belongs to the company,” she advises. “While mentoring, I teach about budgeting, placing yourself on a salary, and assigning roles within your company. Everyone wants to be a CEO, but being the boss means working harder, not less, especially in the first five years.”
As she continues to build her empire, Daija remains laser-focused on her long-term goals. For Luxury Tax Pros, she’s working to build a national team of tax professionals, scaling the brand with offices across the country. For Luxury Credit Company, she’s assembling a team of financial experts to help educate people about financial literacy nationwide. “I want to create a strong front line to help people all over the country,” she shares. Her beauty brand is especially close to her heart, and she intends to be deeply involved in its day-to-day operations, ensuring that it reflects her personal philosophy of self-care.
Ultimately, Daija’s message is simple but powerful: “If you don’t like something about yourself, change it. Get your finances in order and make it happen.” She’s seen firsthand how helping women improve their credit allows them to take control of their lives—whether it’s paying for cosmetic procedures or making long-term investments. “I’ve had women come back and tell me how I changed their lives,” Daija reflects. “It starts on the inside.
