Dr. Emcee N.I.C.E. Honored with Second Honorary Doctorate, Celebrating Global Humanitarian Impact

Dr. Emcee N.I.C.E., a trailblazer in the Hip Hop community, was recently awarded his second Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism. The prestigious ceremony took place at Morehouse College’s Martin Luther King Chapel and drew distinguished guests including Dr. Jekalyn Carr, Majesty Dr. King Yahweh, Mayor Dr. Cashenna A. Cross, Dr. Levar Kemp, and Pretty Vee from Wild ‘N Out.

This recognition highlights Dr. N.I.C.E.’s steadfast commitment to global humanitarian efforts, marking a significant achievement in his illustrious career. Known for leveraging his influence in music for social advocacy, he continues to drive positive change worldwide.

Also known as Dr. Aulsondro “Novelist” Hamilton, he has been a pioneering force in Christian Hip Hop and Gospel music, amassing more than 20 chart-topping hits and a Stellar Award. His impact extends beyond music, including the creation of the acclaimed Netflix animated series “Da Jammies” and tenure as Vice Chancellor at a private university in Compton. Dr. Hamilton holds a Ph.D. in Music Business & Entrepreneurship from Harvest Christian University.

Beyond musical accolades, Dr. Hamilton is a published author and inventor, recognized with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Gospel Hip Hop/Christian Hip Hop Hall of Fame. He is currently nominated for Rap/Hip Hop Song of the Year at the Stellar Awards for his single “Amen Right There” featuring Everett Drake and Canton Jones.

Dr. Emcee N.I.C.E. remains actively engaged in community and educational initiatives, garnering praise from leaders like Mayors Eric Adams of New York and Emma Shariff of Compton, California.
