The art of making connections is ideal in most aspects. From dating, careers and communities; all forms of connecting are important to a person’s growth. Similar to a love matchmaker, Desiree’ Kinney, is cultivating entrepreneurs as the Business Matchmaker. “Entrepreneurship is about believing in something before others do and having enough vision, courage, and determination to make it a reality,” says Desiree’. So Desiree is taking her skills to another level with her business of Business Matchmaker LLC. She is curating connections and brand building for entrepreneurs, executives and business owners.
“I am committed to filling the gaps in businesses and providing the coaching, consulting, and strategic guidance necessary to help on their unique and magical professional journeys,” explains Desiree’. She is successfully teaching bosses to hone in on the intrinsic value of making connections that are far more worthy than monetary compensations. Kinney instills that networking helps owners to seek other horizons that allow:

“The biggest key is knowing that networking is reciprocated. It’s a mutual exchange. Don’t just focus on what you want, focus on what they want, and you will see how the hidden rewards reveal themselves organically,” Desiree’ elaborates. She even goes one step further in assisting female business owners in reaching their heights. Desiree’ acknowledges that every woman should realize that “we need to focus on our SuperPower: We are mothers, wives, single women, widows, daughters, friends, sisters, mentors…and so much more.” Her new podcast: “Women and Men in Business Who Rock” is her additional avenue to highlight successful brands.
