To be invited to network with other creators is absolutely amazing! Instagram brought over 150 creators together this week in Atlanta! Instagram’s Creator Lab Live was on Wednesday, August 30th.
Instagram’s Creator Lab, is an edutainment destination for creators to learn and grow their careers. It launched in 2022 and is expanding to Creator Lab Live, a series of IRL events in select markets to share education, encourage deeper connections, and reach more diverse communities of aspiring creators.
Creator Lab Live is an event series that connects aspiring creators to help them advance in their careers through workshops and discussions. The first event took place in Atlanta, where emcee @hassankhadair and local creators @danielle_nekole and @heyashleyrenne shared their insights about using Instagram to unlock creativity, build community, and deepen connections. The event focused on topics such as “Express Yourself”, “Community makes creativity louder”, and “Career Growth”. Attendees learned about monetization options, financial planning, and how to turn their passions into a career by playing the long game.
The final two events of the series will take place in Miami on September 13 and in New York City on October 3.
