Higher Purpose Co. returns with 8th Annual Money Purpose Success (MPS) Women’s Entrepreneurship Summit
VICKSBURG, MS 一 (August 1, 2023) Higher Purpose Co. will host its 8th annual Money Purpose Success Women’s Entrepreneurship Summit on Saturday, August 19, at the Vicksburg Convention Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The conference aims to unite Black women business owners from various industries across the Mid-South and equip them with the essential tools that elevate their businesses.
“The MPS summit is more than just a conference. It’s a chance for Black women to come together, learn from each other, and build a better future for themselves and their communities,” said Dr. Tim Lampkin. “Black women deserve a safe space to be vulnerable about their challenges and bold about their wins, and we’re glad to be able to bring this experience back for another year.”
Hosted by Radio and TV personality and Cast Member of OWN’s Belle Collective, Tambra Cherie, this year’s speakers include:
● Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, Founder of Therapy for Black Girls;
● Dr. Amber Wright, Relationship communication expert and Founder of Words Well Said;
● And Wellness Expert, Brittney “Yoga Bae” Floyd-Mayo, The Trap yoga bae ®.
“We built the MPS summit to give Black women the tools they need to elevate their businesses,” said Dr. Tim Lampkin, Founder, and CEO of Higher Purpose Co. “Attendees not only get the chance to network with like-minded business leaders, but they also have the opportunity to win one of seven $500 grants and invest in their personal brand with free professional headshots by Trent Calvin Photography. In addition to powerful speakers and a book signing with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, those in attendance will have access to vendor row where they can network with and support black women-owned businesses.
