Netflix’s New Film, They Cloned Tyrone, Makes You Go Hmmm…

They Cloned Tyrone features a series of eerie events that thrusts an unlikely trio onto the trail of a nefarious government conspiracy. The film hit Netflix on July 21 starring Jamie Foxx, John Boyega, and Teyonah Paris to name a few. If you haven’t already watched the film then I suggest you make plans to watch it this weekend. Oh and spoiler alerts below so you have been warned.

We’re all for movies that make you go hmmm and this is one of those movies.

After observing conversations on social media via Facebook, Twitter, and even TikTok, people are thinking about whether there are some truth bombs being dropped in this film. Like is it possible they are cloning us and using the hood as a hideout? And let’s add how they showed them using fried chicken and even hair products to control our minds! Now you know we as black people love a good plate of wings and fries on a weekly basis, and everyone remembers how Popeyes had people fighting about those chicken sandwiches some years ago, and we are still wondering why people were getting violent about them!

Also to see them putting something in the hair products almost made us go read the ingredients on our products. Of course, my good sisters in the natural hair department were probably singing songs of joy since we have stepped away from perming our roots but they still had us with the shampoos. I love the scene where the Actress Teyonah Paris snatches off a wig after they thought they had her under mind control.

The cast’s performances in this film were hilarious, Jamie Foxx played his role so well, and let’s give it up for John Boyega getting his Eddie Murphy on by playing multiple roles and nailing each one…it’s almost like he was cloned!

We also got to see some more acting from Mr. “M-ICROOKED LETTER -CROOKED LETTER…you all know the song from P-Vally with Actor J. Alphonse Nicholson.

We want to know how this film made you all feel. Especially after seeing them using music to control people. They practically touched on a lot of things that people were already in belief about in some form.

After everything they went through, a message finally reached the world that some shady stuff was going down and it was targeting those in low-income areas. Kind of makes you wonder if there is any truth behind this. We’ll probably never know until we walk into a trap house with an elevator.
