As you know many have taken to the art of practicing the cleansing of ourselves, our homes, and more. It is believed that you can leave your energy in places whether it be positive or bad energy. Many are now smudging, taking spiritual baths, and seeking strong consultation on how to rid themselves of anything that is becoming a burden to them so they can live stress-free and have peace of mind.
When we go places, leave relationships, and even travel, we tend to leave some of our energy and power there. Many can attest to the fact that when you enter places or relationships, it seems that you bring about a lot of glow and positivity to the room. But who wants to continue to allow others to enjoy the beautiful energy and blessings left behind by you if they do not deserve it?
Life is definitely about energy. We are full of energy because we are spiritual beings inhabiting a body.
When we give away energy willingly, intentionally, and with positivity, we get stronger. Yet when we give our energy away unconsciously to those I like to call energy vampires, under duress, or by being taken advantage of, we tend to overgive our energy.
“I call all of my power back to me now, I am whole and complete.”
Bring back the fullness of you by restoring the energy of yourself that was stolen and lost due to things often beyond your control. For all the times you were quiet about deception, and disrespect, speak now your power into fullness by calling it back!

Of course, this is an ongoing practice and comes through much fasting, meditating, and praying.
