Dr. Arriel Cymone is a well-rounded entrepreneur. She’s a certified Master Abundant Life Coach, Ph.D. Chemist, and Sales Assassin. She has generated millions of dollars in direct sales for start-ups and Fortune 500 Companies. Dr. Arriel Cymone’s mission was simple, to arm each woman with the knowledge and confidence she needs to conquer anything standing in the way of building her personal dynasty.
We got a chance to catch up with Dr. Arriel Cymone to learn more about her journey and how she wants people to remember her legacy.
Can you walk us through your journey up until now?
Absolutely! I started my career as a Ph.D. Analytical Chemist. I have worked in several disciplines of chemistry. I’ve worked as a forensic chemist and expert witness for the prestigious Drug Enforcement Administration as well as training FBI agents. I’ve worked in pharmaceutical, toxicology, environmental labs, academia, you name it. After several years of conquering the chemistry and lab space, I decided to change my career to sales.
Your nickname is “silent assassin” because you generated millions of dollars in direct sales for start-ups and fortune 500 companies. Can you tell me how that came about?
I had maxed out my potential in the lab arena and was ready for change. I had no prior sales experience besides working at Gordon’s jewelers as a college student. I was taking a huge risk by leaping from something that I did so well into something I was completely unfamiliar with. And within 1 year of transitioning to a sales career, I turned a territory that was generating $0 in sales into a $1,000,000 territory. My unique knowledge, skills, and abilities all worked together for my success as an African American Sales Woman. It is very rare to see a Black woman not only working in but conquering this white male-dominated field.
