Dr. Park’s ‘Let’s Learn Love’s Mission’ is a workshop to empower people all over the world to create Fun and Healthy Relationships, Dating, and Intimacy through correct information and techniques. If you are looking to learn more about Relationship, Dating, and Intimacy practices or techniques then let this encourage you to attend or participate in an upcoming workshop.
We appreciate the opportunity we had to ask Dr. Parks a few questions and getting answers that we hope will help you in your own relationship growth.
Why do you feel couples tend to struggle in the bedroom?
DR. PARKS: Couples tend to struggle in the bedroom because they are not meeting each other’s needs on an intimacy level. People have to realize that Intimacy is in different forms…just not the “Physical Intimacy” that everyone is familiar with. Life, Bills, and children can keep you from being in touch with one another. Remember to date, to communicate, and to show affection on a regular basis.
What is foreplay and why do so many couples skip it?
DR. PARKS: Foreplay is so important! We often tend to keep foreplay light or skip it altogether because of time, but I hope that you will reconsider. Foreplay is the foundation of a great sexual session. It helps set the mood so to say. It makes you crave the sex that you are about to have. Foreplay is the “it” that will enhance all of the senses!
