International Peace Ambassador Moni’soi is a proud mother and grandmother who is on a life mission to help women obtain their life goals through business. She is a woman who has created and accomplished many things. She started an entertainment company with her business partner, Rage Bella Ra’ Entertainment, working media events and Coverage with DJ Drama, Young Dro, Rich Kids, 2 Chainz, Demaryius Thomas, Anthony Allen, Tyler Perry Plays, Red Carpet events, live radio events, movie premieres, and many more. She has modeled for many fashion shows and was nominated as Entrepreneur of Middle Georgia and Bibb County. Moni’soi believes in giving back and partakes in volunteer work which includes speaking to underprivileged children, the youth, and youth organizations. She is also a Literary Publisher and has written over twenty-five titles.
Moni’soi believes that many coaches teach but do not share how the soul prospers, so she has opened Prosperity University to help women entrepreneurs looking to ascend in financial education, health, healing, prosperity, and abundance. Moni’soi is a French name. My brand represents luxury and simplicity. As a woman, a mother, grandmother, and artist, I am constant about my legacy. Writing is a gift that chose me. Writing has opened so many doors for me, from operating in government, and becoming an empress of a nation, to drafting international charters, constitutions, and treaties. As a leader, I am faced with decisions; part of my decision process is choosing what is best for the people.
What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?
My legacy, becoming a mother. I read Mommy Millionaire when I was a young mother. I knew that I could achieve any greatness that I desired. I had no idea that I would come this far. As a Peace Ambassador for the United Nations, I am constantly challenging myself along with my tribal council to create ways to help develop better leaders for today and tomorrow. Our future is at stake, and we must come together now. Division is no longer an option.
You created Prosperity University for women entrepreneurs. What does prosperity mean to you, and may you share what inspired you to create this brand?
Prosperity is achieving success in every area of your life, whether it is love, family, financial success, great health, and having knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Our soul has an objective, and that objective must be fulfilled.
I was inspired to create Prosperity University because I wanted to give women what I was looking for. I was looking for a way to prosper. Success is everywhere; no one is teaching you how to prosper.
What are you expecting to see unfold from the women of Prosperity University?
Women having knowledge of self and knowing the importance of financial literacy.
The goal is to help women have leverage when they come to the table.
You are a woman who has a passion for helping many women. Tell us about a woman who inspires you.
My grandmother has been my Day one inspiration. The strength and the integrity that I saw from her growing up truly empowered me as a woman. She instilled in me who she saw and who she wanted me to become. I learned from her the power of our voice. The words she spoke to me made me into the woman I am today.
Maya Angelou said that she was afraid of her own voice. She said that her voice killed a man.
Nicki Giovanni’s freedom as a woman has opened doors for many of us. When asked, “How did you become friends with James Baldwin?” She replied, “We’re just focused on building who we are. We did not know we were legends. Somehow legends attract legends.” I said that to say that we have attracted one another even in this moment.
