It is no secret that Podcasting is a great business opportunity and is continuously supposed to sustain growth. Podcast listening by women and specifically women of color, has risen 14% in one year. To increase podcast diversity. More numerous black individuals and even black women have been turning to Podcasting to expand and finally let their experiences and stories be heard. With that in mind, here is a round-up of 6 podcasts by black women that I enjoy, and some you might want to check out for yourself either you need insight, perspective, and of course, a needed laugh especially experiencing this year alone.

Meet Journalist Farai Chideya, who gracefully asked questions that many are not comfortable doing, such as speaking to a woman epidemiologist about why the COVID vaccine news started an exciting start and asking her audiences how their lives have developed during the pandemic. 4. The PHG Podcast

She is a program dedicated to supporting women of color to appear involved in the world of online and broad wellness. If you search and require diversifying, especially on your feed, well, you want to be apart from the conversation that’s filled with humor and, of course, realness. “Balanced Black Girl” is the place to be, especially on Tuesday.
6. Jesus and Jollof
This program is hosted by Luvvie Ajayi (who also hosts Rants and Randomness. Check that out as well) and Yvonne Orji (aka “Molly” from Insecure). With Equal shares of refreshing and entertaining, each episode centers on a particular season in Luvvie and Molly’s glow-up and even development as they speak about living as Nigerian American women, their professions, families, prosperity, and everything in between with reflection and, of course, laughter. You cannot help but laugh and write anything down when it comes to the dynamic.
