Juno Award Winning Certified Gold selling International Artist Dru Releases New Single “YNF”

Certified Gold and Juno Award Winning international artist Dru stopped by to talk about his highly anticipated single “YNF” which is now available on all platforms. Dru’s first solo album, The One was released in 2008 and charted the Top 40 and Hot AC radio across North America. Dru’s dance hit single, “Runnin” earned him yet another Juno nomination for dance recording of the year in 2009. During his European promo tour Dru traveled to 10 cities and 7 countries also competing on the hit show “The Voice Russia”. Dru will also be returning to Europe and Russia this summer for his “Rebirth 2020 European Tour”.

Dru talked more about his hit single “YNG is a remake of my group in Essence’s hit, “You’ll never find”, I rewrote the verses to make it more relevant for today”. Dru continued by saying, “It’s been over 20 years since I wrote it, so it’s like the 20 year anniversary of the Gold selling hit from the New York City’s ICON Funk Master’s 60 minutes of Funk’.

We began to talk about his upcoming tour “Rebirth 2020 European Tour”. “Expect nostalgia, energy, and real singing”. When asked about productivity in the midst of the COVID-19 Dru replied, “The Effortless ENT team and I have been just as busy, if not more since COVID”. Dru continued by saying, “My album The Rebirth 2020 drops in June, big plans are happening. We have not slowed down, just shifted energy”.

Dru is keeping connected with his fans through different social media and music platforms. “I’ve made a full Spotify playlist marketing campaign to reach as many fans as possible”. Dru continued by saying, “I’ve also been active online with IG Live interviews, as well as blog interviews. Dru also assures his fans that he has a lot of visual content coming soon.
