Sea Moss is known for its abilities to minimize breakouts and repair damaged or dull skin. This herb is packed with magnesium, vitamin A and C, antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids that hydrate and support healthy skin which also helps to reduce inflammation. This is also a great herb to use for help to improve eczema.

This herb is also great for immunity boosting and preparation for the cold and flu season. Sea Moss contains 92 minerals, plus vitamin B12 and zinc which plays a major part in your body’s healthy immunity, as well as being vegan and gluten- free. Studies showed sea moss can stop the growth of the bacteria S. Enteritides which is found to cause Salmonella in humans.
