Inspired by this reality, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Mattis Pabifio launched Ellaqua Aesthetics in 2023. Her mission is to create an inviting, nurse practitioner led clinic where women can restore confidence, embrace natural beauty, and prioritize their well being through thoughtful, science based aesthetic care.
With more than fifteen years in healthcare and extensive training in aesthetic medicine, Tiffany brings a restorative and subtle philosophy to every client experience. Her approach is rooted in education, collaboration, and preserving authentic beauty. She believes enhancements should reflect who clients are, not change them.
At Ellaqua, subtle rejuvenation is the foundation. Tiffany explains that every woman deserves to feel heard and supported while receiving care that aligns with her goals. The clinic offers a comprehensive suite of science based, non surgical treatments including neurotoxin and dermal filler services, microneedling, PRF, chemical peels, IV hydration, and non surgical body contouring. Wellness support extends further with B12 injections and rejuvenating IV vitamin drips that help boost energy, improve recovery, and enhance overall vitality.
Tiffany’s dedication to aesthetics grew from her Jamaican American roots and her decade long journey in patient care. Facing challenges and industry barriers only strengthened her commitment to create a welcoming space where diversity, safety, and excellence lead the way. Her mission is to redefine beauty standards and make high quality aesthetic care accessible to every woman.
Ellaqua Aesthetics welcomes women of every background, skin tone, and body type. Tiffany emphasizes the importance of representation and trust, ensuring each client feels valued and understood. Longtime client Melissa Mor shared that Ellaqua was the first clinic where she felt truly heard. Community connection is another cornerstone of Tiffany’s work. Ellaqua Aesthetics is proudly partnering with the Lindenhurst Chemical and Rescue Company No. 1 for their annual Basket Auction on November 22, 2025.
Tiffany is donating four thousand dollars in gift certificates, two thousand dollars in wellness injections, and a five hundred dollar raffle basket to support local EMS responders and help promote wellness within the community.
