Meet the Founders of 360ENVY Aesthetics & Wellness

September is recognized as Self-Improvement Month, and few businesses embody this mission more than 360ENVY Aesthetics & Wellness, a premier med spa founded by Marsha Carter-Hall, CRNP, NP-C, FNP-BC and Adrienne Carter-Hall, MHA, BSN, RN, Lic. Their mission goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about confidence, empowerment, and helping women erase negative self-perceptions to step into their fullest potential.

What inspired the creation of 360ENVY?

Marsha: After starting our first company, Quench Infusions & Wellness, we realized our work was transforming clients on a deeper level. One client told us, “I’ve had a 360-degree transformation! I don’t have any negative feelings about myself anymore…I feel good!” That moment stuck with us. We knew our mission was about helping people erase negative views of themselves—so 360ENVY was born.

Adrienne: For me, it has always been about purpose before paycheck. Initially, we focused on helping clients recover faster from COVID, but over time, we shifted to a broader mission—helping women heal, restore confidence, and feel their best from the inside out.

Do you believe in work-life balance? How do you maintain it?

Marsha: I believe in it, but I’ll be honest—it’s hard to achieve right now. We’re in a growth and scale stage, and that stretches me in many directions. Still, I’m intentional about creating balance. I now schedule every other Friday and opposite weekends for rest, self-care, and travel. In the past, I’d reopen my schedule for patients, but I’ve stopped doing that. It’s a big step for me.

Adrienne: I believe in it 199 million percent! But as an entrepreneur, it’s tough because the business feels like 24/7 management. I carve out at least one day a week for myself. Even if it’s just two hours, I make sure it’s intentional self-care time.

What’s your best piece of advice for aspiring entrepreneurs?

Marsha: Find your passion and double down on it. That’s what will carry you through the challenges.

Adrienne: Have a solid business plan before you open your doors. It’s your roadmap. Without it, you risk missing key components that keep your business sustainable.

Who is your business role model and why?

Marsha: Rachel Rodgers. She inspires me because of her unwavering belief in herself and others, and her ability to show that success is possible when you stick to your plan.

Adrienne: I don’t have one specific role model. I draw inspiration from anyone who has built a long-lasting, successful business. Their dedication and perseverance motivate me to keep going.
