Rising Actress & Fashion Influencer Tia Alexandria is carving out her own lane in Hollywood while redefining how young Black women express style and confidence on and off the screen. She has already appeared in The Oval, Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist, and most recently on All the Queen’s Men on BET+.
Hollywood is known for being a tough arena, but Tia has embraced it with lessons that continue to shape her career.
“The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you can’t wait for Hollywood to give you space; you have to create it and expand it yourself,” she says.
Inspired by stories like Matt Damon writing Good Will Hunting to break into the industry, Tia has made authenticity and persistence her guiding lights.
“I know who I am as a person and as an artist, so focusing on authenticity, continuing my training, building real relationships, and constantly investing in my career are the pathways I’ve created that’s leading me towards the door I’ll eventually kick down in my own way.”

Her 90’s-inspired style has quickly become part of her signature, and she views fashion as more than just clothing. It is a form of storytelling and empowerment. “90’s-inspired style is so timeless. From the glamorous high fashion of Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell, to Fran Drescher’s unapologetic femininity in The Nanny, to Aaliyah’s daring tomboy streetwear… the list goes on,” she explains.
“The 90’s celebrated natural beauty and confidence, which I feel is something we’ve lost in today’s era of filters and fast trends. That’s why I channel it; it reminds me that fashion should empower, not conform.”
For the women who follow her, she wants them to feel bold, fearless, and unapologetically authentic, because as she puts it, “There’s only one you, and every look is a reflection of your specific mood, culture, and personality.”
When it comes to her acting career, Tia has her eyes on roles that combine strength with complexity. “I would love roles similar to Angelina Jolie in Salt and Diahann Carroll in Dynasty. Both were such interesting women and so fun to watch.”
She is most passionate about telling stories of layered and complex women.
“I want to grow as an artist where the roles I play can empower, inspire, and entertain. Those challenging roles that will push me out of my comfort zone creatively and emotionally are the ones I dream of.”

Her influence also extends into the digital space where she connects with her followers authentically as a Nano creator. “For me, the secret is simple… stay human,” she says. While Hollywood and fashion can feel overly polished, she avoids letting her social media presence fall into that trap.
“Those perfect, aesthetically pleasing pages might catch your eye at first, but once you’ve followed one, you’ve followed them all. The creators I never forget are the ones who balance curation with authenticity.”
Her goal is to make people feel excited and inspired when they visit her page, which for her is only possible through realness.
This September, Tia will be part of New York Fashion Week, a milestone that represents more than just attending an event. “Being at New York Fashion Week feels like such a full circle moment. It’s a dream so many women have, and I don’t take that lightly,” she says.
For her, it is about more than being in the room, it is about owning her space in it.
“Fashion has always been part of my storytelling, so I plan to make my mark by showing up authentically, blending my style with high fashion moments, and connecting with people who share the same passion.”
With every role and every bold fashion choice, Tia Alexandria reminds us that representation is not just about being seen but about being unapologetically authentic. Her journey is still unfolding, yet she moves with the poise of someone who knows exactly where she is headed. As she put it, “I just want to inspire other young women to walk in their truth and never dim their light.” That light is shining brighter than ever, and it is clear that Hollywood is only beginning to witness the full impact of her star power.
