When you hear someone say they’ve survived cancer six times, you don’t just hear a medical miracle—you hear a mission. For Staci “Warrior Coach” Kirk, each diagnosis wasn’t just a test of physical endurance—it was a divine assignment to become a beacon for women navigating their own battles. She says the journey stripped away pieces of fear and added layers of faith. Today, she no longer waits for life to hand her purpose—she walks boldly in it every single day.

That unwavering resolve led to the creation of the Stiletto Boss Foundation, a dynamic platform empowering women—especially Black women—to lead, heal, and impact their communities without shrinking their light.
From that same desire to create authentic, healing-centered spaces, Staci launched The Sister Circle—a transformative community where women come not just to share, but to shift. It’s a space where women don’t have to shrink, explain, or pretend. She’s witnessed women arrive guarded and leave glowing—owning their voices, starting businesses, leaving toxic situations, and choosing themselves. What began as a vision has become a sanctuary of laughter, healing, and breakthrough.
Staci doesn’t just speak from survival—she speaks from transformation. Her journey through cancer, abuse, and loss became a sacred process of reclaiming her voice. By telling the truth about her story, she discovered her voice had power. Now, she helps other women realize that their story is not a sentence—it’s a strategy. Through coaching and mentorship, she guides women to reclaim their voice after crisis. Her message is simple yet radical: stop letting fear lead. Survival isn’t just about making it through—it’s a sign of untapped power.
As a Black woman leading in the health and empowerment space, Staci is unapologetic about what Black women truly need, especially when navigating health crises. She believes that while Black women have long been taught to be strong, strength without support is a setup for burnout. She advocates for culturally competent healthcare, trauma-informed mental health services, and community spaces where Black women can rest, weep, breathe—and still be seen as whole. To her, healing isn’t linear, and rest is revolutionary.
Whether your battle is visible or invisible, Staci offers a message rooted in faith and fire. You are not your diagnosis, your divorce, your depression, or your disappointment. You are more. You are worthy. And you are still here, which means your story isn’t over. For the woman holding on by a thread, Staci wants you to know that even if you have to crawl, keep going. Your journey is valid. Your pain has purpose. And your next chapter still holds promise.
