As the youngest and first Black franchise owner in Keller Williams’ Southeast Region, she is leading the fastest-growing net agent headcount franchise in the region and ranking #3 globally for net agent growth within the world’s largest real estate brokerage—all while navigating pregnancy. Gabby’s journey is a testament to resilience, grit, and the power of culture in real estate.
Since launching Keller Williams West Atlanta in 2023, Gabby has grown her market center to nearly 300 agents while achieving profitability—an extraordinary feat in such a competitive space. Her success is fueled by mentorship, social media, and wealth-building education, solidifying her as a force in Atlanta’s real estate market.

Breaking Barriers as the First Black Franchise Owner
Q: As the youngest and first Black franchise owner in Keller Williams’ Southeast Region, what challenges did you face in breaking barriers, and how did you overcome them?
Gabby: Breaking barriers came with its share of challenges—navigating skepticism, proving my leadership capabilities, and ensuring my brokerage’s success in a highly competitive market. I overcame these hurdles by focusing on results, embracing the Keller Williams culture, and surrounding myself with mentors and allies who believed in my vision. Most importantly, I remained committed to empowering my agents with the right tools, training, and support to build their own wealth through real estate.
The Keys to Rapid Growth in Real Estate
Q: Your franchise has grown to nearly 300 agents in just a year. What key strategies have contributed to your rapid success in agent recruitment and retention?
Gabby: Our growth is the result of a strong company culture rooted in opportunity, inclusivity, and success. We focus on:
• Business coaching
• Wealth-building education
• Leadership development
I also prioritize relationships—ensuring our agents feel supported and valued. Social media has been a game-changer, allowing us to attract like-minded professionals who want to be part of something bigger. Ultimately, agents want to be where they can grow, and we’ve built an environment that fosters that growth.

Closing the Representation Gap in Real Estate Leadership
Q: Black women are one of the fastest-growing groups of entrepreneurs, yet remain underrepresented in real estate leadership. How are you working to change this dynamic?
Gabby: Representation matters. My journey is proof that Black women belong in real estate leadership. I actively:
• Mentor and coach aspiring leaders, especially women of color
• Create opportunities for others to step into leadership roles
• Highlight success stories to inspire and empower others
Whether it’s through ownership, team-building, or investing, I’m committed to ensuring that more Black women have a seat at the table.

Q: Social media has played a major role in your success. What are some of the most effective ways real estate professionals can use digital platforms to build their brands?
Gabby: Authenticity is everything. People connect with real stories, not just sales pitches. I use social media to:
• Showcase agent success stories
• Educate followers on real estate and wealth-building
• Engage with my audience consistently

Balancing Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Motherhood
Q: Balancing leadership, entrepreneurship, and motherhood—especially while pregnant—can be challenging. How have you managed to navigate these roles successfully?
Gabby: Prioritization and strong systems are essential. I’ve learned to:
• Delegate tasks and automate processes
• Set boundaries to protect my time
• Surround myself with a strong personal and professional support system
Most importantly, I give myself grace. Some days are harder than others, but I remind myself that I’m building a legacy for my family and my community.

Q: Beyond sales, you’re passionate about mentorship and economic mobility. What initiatives have you implemented to help others achieve homeownership and build generational wealth?
Gabby: I’m committed to bridging the wealth gap through real estate. Some of our key initiatives include:

My goal is not just to help people buy and sell homes, but to equip them with the knowledge and tools to build generational wealth through real estate ownership and investment.
