Drama lovers, save the date! The highly anticipated spin-off The Family Business: New Orleans is set to premiere January 23, 2025, on BET+ with a double-episode debut. New episodes will stream weekly, building to a gripping finale on Thursday, March 6.
Set in the heart of New Orleans, the series explores the Duncan family’s Southern roots as they navigate the vibrant yet perilous streets of the city. Centered around their iconic nightclub, The Midnight Blues, the family becomes entangled in a dangerous game of corruption, turf wars, and power-hungry crime bosses. When the heat rises, they call for backup from their New York relatives, delivering the signature Duncan-style justice fans have come to love.
The star-studded cast includes Brandon T. Jackson as Marquis, the dashing son of Big Shirley Duncan (Lela Rochon), who runs The Midnight Blues. Pooch Hall portrays Floyd, Big Shirley’s stylish and protective brother, while Benjamin Stephens takes on Curtis, a bounty hunter drawn into a conflict far more dangerous than expected.
