Let’s admit that since we all found ourselves stuck in the house during Covid, we found new ways to reinvent ourselves. Maybe you started a new workout routine, became a master in the kitchen, or even launched a business. Some even took to the art of journaling as a way to write down what they were feeling and it proved to also help so many who found themselves battling with mental illnesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journaling is such a therapeutic way to get everything out that you are feeling on paper so you can go back read and reflect on ways to become a better person from the inside outward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tanisha D. Davis <\/a>has authored several books, including You Are Worth the Wait and Fool’s Paradise. She has now released a series of Urban Journals aimed at uplifting and motivating people from different walks of life. According to Davis, these journals go beyond being just blank pages and are unique from the ones found in local stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Over the years, I have bought many journals that had stunning abstract art or words on their covers and plenty of blank pages.
