(MARCH\u00a020, 2023) – In honor of\u00a0Women’s History Month\u00a0<\/strong>new recording artist\u00a0LaTisha<\/strong>\u00a0Johnson Montgomery<\/strong>\u00a0announces the release of her breakout single titled “Though The Fire<\/strong>“. The empowering song is set to release on all digital outlets on March 24th. Birthed from LaTisha’s personal testimony “Through The Fire” is dedicated to women who have been through the fire and struggles of life but made it out to share their stories. On “Through The Fire<\/strong>” LaTisha teamed up with\u00a0#1<\/strong>\u00a0Billboard<\/strong>\u00a0Multi<\/strong>\u00a0Charting<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0Grammy Nominated<\/strong>\u00a0Producer\u00a0Tedy P.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>

\u00a0LaTisha Johnson Montgomery’s unique splash onto the gospel music scene is not a surprise for those who’ve encountered her. The soft-spoken Fayetteville, Alabama native has been afforded opportunities to sing the national anthem at countless college athletic events in the\u00a0Alabama market\u00a0as well as\u00a0NBA\u00a0playoff games for the\u00a0LA Lakers\u00a0&\u00a0Utah Jazz).\u00a0More recently LaTisha’s unique tone, powerful vocal display, and range have allowed her to open up at\u00a0City Winery Atlanta\u00a0for the 2023\u00a0Martin Luther King\u00a0Celebration\u00a0ft.\u00a0Darlene McCoy\u00a0as well as open up for\u00a0Stillman College’s 2023\u00a0Homecoming Black History Month<\/strong>\u00a0Kickoff<\/strong>\u00a0featuring\u00a0Bridgewater Music<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0Grammy<\/strong>\u00a0Award<\/strong>\u00a0Nominated artist\u00a0Jekalyn Carr.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

WHO IS LATISHA JOHNSON MONTGOMERY<\/em>:<\/strong>
LaTisha Johnson Montgomery is an American singer\/songwriter from Fayette, Alabama. She has a unique style of writing and singing which sets her apart. LaTisha began singing at the age of 7. In her adult years, she would continue her journey in singing background for an all-female quartet group that originated\u00a0in Tuscaloosa.

LaTisha has become a sought performer for opportunities singing the National Anthem for\u00a0the University of Alabama Texas A&M’s\u00a0sporting events, and the\u00a0National Basketball Association\u00a0(NBA) where she opened for the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers game during their regular season. Then later invited back twice for the\u00a0Utah Jazz’s playoff season of 2021. In 2022 she performed or made appearances at numerous award shows,\u00a0WATC TV\u00a0(Atlanta Live),\u00a0and Birmingham Bowl\u00a0which aired on\u00a0ESPN.
