Shani Godwin<\/a> shares her journey and inspiration, which led her to create Joy Economics<\/a>. She detailed her pinnacle moment of success when her marketing company Communiqu\u00e9 reached the 1M mark and how she had to redefine her success based on Joy. Shani has helped women entrepreneurs scale to 7 figures and beyond by using their talents, gifts, and stories all without the stress of growing a business. Shani Godwin:<\/strong> I am Shani Godwin, CEO, and founder of Communique USA; a firm devoted to the work of promoting JOY within the workplace through the provision of top-tier marketing and communications solutions.\u00a0 My team and I are based in beautiful Atlanta, Georgia where I also currently reside with my dog, Zuri Skye.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience has taught me successful longevity in any industry requires passion fueled by happiness.  This has led to the creation of JOY Economics; a coaching program I\u2019ve developed in an effort to bring true work\/life balance through helping women entrepreneurs scale their businesses into the 7-figure range as a byproduct of prioritizing their joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.S: \u00a0 What are some moments in your life that inspired you to reflect on your life?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.G: <\/strong>The end of a marriage, in most cases, has a cruel yet liberating after-effect in which you find yourself mourning a life you\u2019ve lived for some time all while molding this version of yourself armed with life\u2019s lessons.\u00a0 And this season of Shani Godwin is committed to a lifestyle in which work no longer takes precedence over happiness, joy, passion – life.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.S: Tell us about your book Kissed by God.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.G<\/strong>: Kissed by God is my first installment with the UNSTUCK Writers\u2019 Collective featuring work from nine authors.\u00a0 Each story is beautifully raw and transformative underscoring loss, heartbreak, and self-discovery.\u00a0 My goal in sharing these works is to bring readers along a transformative journey through honest reflection with a backdrop of real-life experiences.\u00a0 I certainly gained the ability to give voice to thoughts I\u2019ve silenced for far too long.\u00a0 Hopefully, this book has a similar, if not the same, impact on whomever it comes across.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
