What are some of the services you provide within your consulting collective?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lillie Mae \u2013 The Collective serves in a social, civic, and business capacity. This tripod consists of SENOJ Consulting Xpress, Lillie M. Jones \u2013 Public Speaker\/Community Organizer, and Lillie Mae “Brown Mermaid” \u2013 The Multimedia Personality.
The business realm specializes in strategic planning for start-up businesses and non-profits. SENOJ Consulting provides resource mapping, brand development, career readiness, mediation services, just to name a few. The Civic realm focuses on public education and outreach relative to Millennial Caregiving, Behavioral Health, and Social Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lillie M. Jones has a strong belief in demonstrating her civic duties to which she owes to her community. She will ALWAYS address issues of public concern and improve the quality of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socially, Lillie Mae’s “Brown Mermaid” is the Multimedia Personality who hosts a plethora of virtual platforms that educate and inspire individuals to focus on the positive and honor creatives’ contributions globally. You will find her on the red carpet, in front of the camera, and on the airwaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some of your personal goals you strive to achieve while working with your clients?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While working with clients, I strive to better myself as an active listener and beacon light to the world. It is my sincere goal to empower others to utilize their potential to operate in their purpose truly. I believe in purpose or popularity and follow-up over followers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the civil duties you demonstrate by representing your community?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public education, outreach, community organizing, and advocacy. I often host intimate conversations via Zoom and Facebook Live surrounding local, regional, and global issues. I advocate for underrepresented and underserved populations. I consider myself to be an intentional voice for the voiceless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some things we can look forward to this upcoming year from you and your brand?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I look forward to leaving my home state of Virginia after 35 years and moving to Georgia to launch ID 104 Radio \u2013 Home of the Independently Dope. Simultaneously, expanding the visibility and reach of Sky IV Records and becoming a macro-influencer, who is known across the globe for her relentlessly advocacy for ethical business practice in entertainment, mental health awareness, and Millennial Caregiver outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
