A statewide poll conducted by Differentiators Data reveals that 89% of North Carolina Millennials report that high housing costs are derailing their financial plans\u2014including retirement savings, homeownership, and family planning. Furthermore, 81% of voters believe that the average person cannot find an affordable home to rent or buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legalizing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) statewide Converting unused commercial spaces into residential units Streamlining zoning laws to support diverse housing development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
