FIRST TRACK TAKEN FROM HIGHLY ANTICIPATED MOTION PICTURE THE<\/em> BOOK OF CLARENCE<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHALLELUJAH HEAVEN\u201d IS <\/strong>OUT NOW<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeymes Samuel<\/strong> has revealed the official music video for \u2018Hallelujah Heaven\u2019<\/strong>, directed by Child<\/strong>, and filmed on location in Jamaica and Los Angeles. The video, which made its global broadcast premiere on BET Jams, MTV Live, MTVU, Yo! MTV and across MTV\u2019s global network of channels, as well as on the Paramount Times Square billboards, features appearances from Samuel himself, alongside Lil Wayne<\/strong>, Buju Banton<\/strong> & Shabba Ranks <\/strong>as well as cameos from two of the film\u2019s stars, LaKeith Stanfield<\/strong> & RJ Cyler<\/strong>. It is the first track to be revealed from Legendary Entertainment\u2019s<\/strong> highly anticipated film The<\/em><\/strong> Book of Clarence<\/em><\/strong>, directed by award-winning multi-hyphenate Jeymes Samuel<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An enrapturing first taste from his epic second feature and soundtrack from the trailblazing British filmmaker, <\/strong>the track was also written and produced by Samuel<\/strong>, and is available now via Roc Nation.<\/strong> It arrived last month with the official trailer for The<\/em><\/strong> Book of Clarence<\/em><\/strong>, which will see its worldwide premiere January 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

“The Book of Clarence is a film that I wanted to make for many years. While I was working on <\/em>The Harder They Fall and all my other projects, the story and the music for The Book of Clarence was always there percolating in my mind,\u201d <\/em>shares Jeymes Samuel<\/strong>. \u201cThere was never a question as to whether I would compose the score and write and perform on the soundtrack, as well as write and direct the movie – it was all one amazing journey where one depended on the other. But I also worked with the most awesome artists on our track \u201cHallelujah Heaven”. Collaborating with Lil\u2019 Wayne, Buju Banton and Shabba Ranks was so dope, I loved getting them all on the same track.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
