Akea Williams, the CEO of Akea’s Heart Nonprofit Organization and Akea’s Heart & Counseling Therapy Clinic<\/a>, is excited to announce the launch of her holiday self-care boxes and book formatting services. Akea is a dedicated trauma therapist and advocate for mental health, with a passion for empowering individuals to heal and thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n

Akea’s holiday self-care boxes are designed to promote relaxation and self-care during the holiday season. Each box includes a range of products from her “Calm On Purpose” line, including a journal, mug, bath bombs, herbal tea, an air diffuser, and room spray. In addition, the box includes a Free Session Voucher for therapy or counseling services, allowing recipients to prioritize their mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her work as a trauma therapist, Akea Williams is also helping adults and children become published authors through her book formatting and publishing services. She understands the importance of storytelling and believes in bridging the logistical gap for community members who wish to share their knowledge, express their creativity, or leave a lasting legacy through literature. Akea’s book formatting and publishing services provide individuals with the opportunity to become published authors and create a lifelong asset for personal and professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akea Pearson ‘Williams, the founder of Akea’s Heart Inc., is a mother, author, and licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from Rosemont College with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2019 and has been working in the mental health and human service field for over ten years. Akea has a particular passion for working with youth and young adults experiencing domestic violence and trauma. She strongly believes in empowering individuals to realize that their past experiences do not define them and helping them develop a more positive outlook on life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
