Here’s Five Reasons Why Jazmine Sullivan’s New Project is so Exciting

Well, for starters, her anticipated album is entitled Heaux Tales which means in French “heat tales,” which is due to debut on January 8th, 2021

If you haven’t been paying attention, this anointed, and skillful artist has been blessing us with her vocal courts since a young child. The Philly Native blew us away in her teens, blessing us with her debut album, Fearless, produced mainly by the legendary Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott”. Remember the pitch “new Jazmine let’s go.” The debut album Fearless was released when Sullivan was only twenty-two years old.

The album contained the mega-hit tracks “Bust Your Windows“, “Need U Bad” and my personal favorite “Lions, Tigers, and Bears” and “Excuse Me

Her following two albums, Love Me Back dropped in 2010 and Reality Show, five years later in 2015.

Now she’s back with new material!

After her creative and well-needed break, she’s now centered with a new vibe and new music for the upcoming year. Bringing a statement and a reminder on why we root and celebrate Miss Jazmine Sullivan and her gift in the first place.

The Five Reasons

1. She’s not frightened to get into the Ancestries of true R&B.

2. She’s authentic with her lyrics, and they’re always relatable.

3. The artist that she has or had the privilege to work with are always top tier.

4. She doesn’t sound like everybody else. She creates her sound.

5. Her new album “Heaux Tales” explain the full understanding of devotedness and dedicated to women of all walks of life.

Overall, this album is something I’m excited about as a music lover and singer as well.
